Matt Polzin (he/they) is a fiction writer, scholar of queer longing, amateur cellist, and a gluten-free baker. He holds an MFA in Creative Writing from California Institute of the Arts, and is currently a Ph.D. student at University of California, Santa Cruz. His fiction has appeared in Chicago Quarterly Review, Mimesis - Film and Performance, Bathhouse Journal, and the DittoDitto's Recording Reading Archive. He also co-wrote the feature film Estuaries, which screened at Frameline Film Festival and Outfest this summer.
